I hope that you all have had a great holiday period and are now getting revved up for another fantastic year. Some of you have been lucky enough to receive record rainfall over the Christmas period which I am sure has brought a smile to your faces. Now you have the opportunity to launch into 2010 with a great head start.
But for some, the rainfall has turned into a disaster with extensive stock losses for some northern NSW properties. This article in The Land this week describes the devastation and loss, click here for full article. We hope that these properties can recover quickly from this disaster.

These pictures were provided by Phil and Fran Brownhalls and Rod and Kerrie Cribb; members of the Lower Nebine Bestprac group in Queensland. These two properties received around 200mm of rain between Christmas and New Year.

Do you set yourself a new year’s resolution?
